Findaway Adventures to Transition Content and Training to ScalePassion
Findaway Adventures and ScalePassion “on the same mission” says founder Robert Craven
For the past three years, Findaway Adventures has been investing in great young companies and coming along-side them to offer fractional Chief Strategic Officer services to help them scale and avoid the pitfalls of startup life. In addition, Findaway has offered valuable content and training for founders looking to scale their purpose-driven businesses.
As Findaway Adventures Fund #1 is fully deployed, the decision has been made to decouple the content and training services from Findaway and locate them under ScalePassion, a company that was founded by Robert Craven, managing partner of Findaway Adventures, in 2009.
As with Findaway Adventures, ScalePassion will work with impact-minded founders who want to make money and make a difference without compromising their values. To support founders in various stages of corporate growth, ScalePassion provides coaching, training, events, and content.
Craven will maintain his partner role at Findaway, continuing his focus on supporting current Findaway founders as they scale. In addition, Craven will put renewed focus and energy into expanding ScalePassion. “My personal passion is scaling impact and I feel blessed to continue to live in this zone of genius through both Findaway and ScalePassion,” says Craven.
“Even though Findaway funds are fully deployed and we are no longer seeking additional investments at this time, my work with ScalePassion will allow me to keep doing what I love to do.”
Craven will continue to publish the e-newsletter “Two-Tip Tuesday” under the ScalePassion brand and will also relaunch his mastermind program as the ScalePassion Club.
